A Retina Ophthalmologist is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional patient care to our patients.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills; be a team player
- medical reception experience (Ophthalmology preferred)
- the ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted, collaborative environment
- be able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Oscar EMR experience (an asset)
- OCT imaging experiencing (an asset)

Some of the tasks related to this role are:

- greet patients in a friendly and professional manner; check-in patients and book future/referral appointments coordinating with other offices when needed
- actively listen to patient needs and direct their inquiries appropriately, both on the phone and in-person
- pick-up/return phone messages efficiently
- perform OCT imaging
- other duties as assigned

This opportunity is a permanent, full-time position; Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive compensation package including 100% employer paid health benefits, paid vacation/sick time, and pension contribution match.
