Outbound Sales Team Lead

**Required experience and skills**:
v 3 to 5 years of experience in presales and post sales activities
v Experience with Inbound/outbound Telesales forming and organization
v Understanding of various CRM systems (Salesforce, Sugar CRM)
v Strong involvement pertaining to Business acquisition and account management in B2B sales including cross-sell and up-sell
v Experience with The Internet of things (IoT)
**Main duties**:
- Create model of KPI Targets for future Belgrade based team to follow;
v mails sent/day
v Zoom meetings/week
v Engineering Samples Shipped
v Provide Quotes
v Design Wins/Qtr
- Schedule monthly hunting sessions with outside sales teams for first week of each month.
- Organize workshops with sales team to update market data.
- Analyze attendee’s for trade shows, and reach out to schedule meeting at event.
**Salary**: $90,000.00 per year
