**Position Purpose and Summary**

At Blue Meta, Digital Marketing Strategists are accountable for the direction of digital strategies and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. With hands-on experience building campaigns that deliver ROAS and ROI at scale, as a Digital Marketing Strategist you will support the greater digital marketing team to deliver marketing results that meet or exceed client key performance indicators & metrics.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Take the lead on digital strategies with the support of the Digital Director
- Drive ROAS, leads, and ROI for clients, by defining the strategy, and monitoring results closely across all campaigns in your portfolio.
- Quickly analyze data, troubleshoot off-track campaigns and identify the top 80/20 strategies/tactics which will yield the fastest path to ROI given the clients' budget
- Use insights from analysis to allocate the appropriate resources to drive results
- Effectively communicate analysis & recommendations to clients with the help of the team, resulting in retention, trust and upsells.
- Working closely with digital marketing specialists to exucute and imporove measurement and reporting frameworks that will be shared across the organization and used to forecast trends and inform teams for future campaigns.

**What You Are Responsible For**
- Execution of digital strategies & campaigns plus guide support staff in digital strategy execution.
- Ensuring that clients are supported with clear, accurate analytics & reporting.
- Ensuring that clients are hitting KPI & metric targets.
- Ensuring that clients have a clear digital growth plan.
- Knowledge of online marketplaces, shopping feeds and Amazon ads is a bonus.

**What You Should Already Have**

For primary consideration, you must bring the following skills and attributes:

- 3+ years managing digital campaigns
- Passion for cutting edge digital marketing & data
- Should be comfortable and fast with data, analytics and drawing insights for next steps (if coming from a non-agency environment)
- Able to communicate strategic recommendations in a concise and logical manner
- Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
