Technology Strategist

You will support a multitude of programs, platforms, apps and add ons that make up our current client fulfillment and acquisition systems. Specifically working with and improving processes using the Buddyboss App, LearnDash, Wordpress, Keap, Quickbooks, Google Analytics. Includes creating systems for translation using AI and Adobe. [German, Spanish, French ] and expansion of our digital media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the founder to develop and execute innovative technology strategies to promote and deliver our products and services aimed at reducing small business failure globally
- Developing and implementing technology strategies to improve business operations and client delivery processes within the company. This could include the use of AI and other new technologies to automate processes, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.
- Identifying and evaluating new and emerging technologies to enhance the company's internal systems and processes. As a Technology Strategist, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and evaluate new technologies to determine their potential impact on the company's operations and delivery processes.
- Ensuring data security and privacy within the company. You will work with the IT team to ensure that technology solutions are secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and protect the privacy of sensitive data.
- Implement technology solutions that improve internal systems and processes, enhance productivity, and enable effective delivery.
- Play a key role in launching a new product using the latest available technology tools.
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions and identify areas for improvement. You will use data and analytics to track progress towards goals, measure the impact of technology solutions on operations and delivery processes, and identify areas for further improvement.
- Use AI-powered tools to analyze data and develop product improvements.

Qualifications:

- Live in BC.
- You are highly skilled in Wordpress.
- Good communicator, you listen and take direction well. You appreciate the complexities of a start up environment and not afraid to take responsibility to make things happen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools such as Keap, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms preferred
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and strategies is a plus, but not required.
