**Position description**

The individual’s duties include, and are not limited to: managing daily on-site operations and administrative functions of the property; overseeing site office scheduling to accommodate onsite contractors, move-in and move-outs, amenities bookings, and inspections; regularly inspecting grounds, hallways, and common areas; making recommendations for repairs and creating work orders as needed; assessing emergencies; performing minor maintenance tasks and repairs as required, creating and distributing newsletter, accepting packages when needed during business hours.

**Required**
- Three years’ experience in a condominium onsite manager role
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
- High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English
- Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Conditions of Employment**

Conditions of employment include but are not limited to:
Ability to answer calls, monitor voice mail or forward calls to cell phone for immediate verbal acknowledgement of emergency.

**Governance**

As an employee of the Corporation, you will report to the Condominium Manager, and adhere to the policies and procedures.

**Hours of work**

Regular hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (30 hours per week)

**Compensation**

Annual Salary: TBD

The position of Resident Manager reports directly to the Condominium Manager.

Work is to be performed in accordance with any applicable regulations and board directives. All duties to be performed within the regular work hours, excluding statutory holidays, except for Emergency on Call requirements and snow removal.

**General duties**

Assist owners/residents in understanding unit responsibilities and common area responsibilities.

Respond personally to resident inquiries during work hours.

Work in partnership with the Condo Management company (“Property Manager”, ie. “Blueprint”) to ensure that the building is maintained to a high standard.

The following are common duties of this position but not limited to:

- Keep common areas clean and orderly
- Oversee security
- Provide Resident Manager reports
- Communication with residents
- Track, monitor and assess
- Manage amenities keys and bookings
- Parkade and parking lot
- Access, keys, FOB, intercom administration
- Boiler room review/communication
- Plumbing and electrical review/inspection
- General building operations and maintenance
- Landscaping, groundskeeping, snow removal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
