Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working full-time assisting Property Managers with their residential property portfolios and the Accounting Manager with various day to day tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry and processing of receivables and payables
- Processing mail and assisting with answering the switchboard as needed
- Greeting all clients in the office
- Assisting the Accounting Manager with various tasks
- Supporting the Property Manager and handling day-to-day inquiries from Strata/owners
- Maintain owner contact information and updating records
- Requesting quotes from contractors as well as scheduling the work once approved by the Strata
- Preparing correspondence & notices as directed
- Preparing information certificates and certificate of payments when requested by realtors and/or lawyers
- Preparing agendas for Strata Council meetings, and the Strata Council meeting minutes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an administrative assistant position an asset
- Knowledge in Yardi property management software an asset
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
