**Project Manager, Change Management and Transformation**

Relevant du chef des opérations, le ou la gestionnaire de projet, Gestion du changement et transformation est avant tout responsable de mener et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des communications en matière de gestion du changement ainsi que les efforts relatifs à la formation visant à soutenir une large gamme de processus organisationnels et d’initiatives d’amélioration de l’expérience de la clientèle. La personne retenue devra également stimuler l’adoption et favoriser les méthodes de travail souhaitées ainsi que l’acquisition des compétences nécessaires à l’adoption des changements qui touchent le personnel de l’organisation en s’inspirant de la méthodologie du changement structuré.

**Principales responsabilités en matière de gestion du changement**
- Concevoir des stratégies de gestion du changement et de mobilisation des parties prenantes ainsi que les plans de communication afférents pour appuyer les initiatives de transformation.
- Gérer les plans de projet qui appuient le déploiement des initiatives de transformation des affaires.
- Sur une base permanente, la personne titulaire de ce poste est également responsable de soutenir, de consulter et de coacher les équipes de projets pour les aider à incorporer les activités de gestion du changement dans la planification de leurs projets.
- Gérer les parties prenantes et mettre sur pied des évaluations exhaustives pour mesurer l’impact sur les parties prenantes.
- Fournir des rapports d’étapes et des présentations aux partenaires de projet ainsi qu’aux comités de direction.
- Évaluer l’état de préparation des utilisatrices et utilisateurs pour préparer le terrain, et cerner la résistance au changement et à son adoption pour élaborer des stratégies d’atténuation.
- Réaliser des études préliminaires pour détecter les problèmes et les risques potentiels, effectuer des analyses et concevoir des tactiques d’atténuation.
- De concert avec le groupe Excellence opérationnelle, mettre au point des mesures de performance pour l’adoption et suivre la progression du changement.
- Appuyer la structure organisationnelle ainsi que la définition des rôles et des responsabilités.

**Principales responsabilités en matière de service clientèle et d’expérience clientèle (CS/CX)**
- Voir à l’amélioration de l’efficacité de la qualité du service à la clientèle.
- Assurer l’équilibre entre les besoins internes de l’organisation, et ceux de notre clientèle.
- Utiliser une approche centrée sur la clientèle pour formuler des recommandations en ce qui concerne les projets.
- Comprendre le parcours de la clientèle de bout en bout, assurer la vigie de ce parcours et demeurer à l’affût des manières d’améliorer l’expérience pour notre clientèle.
- Gérer différentes initiatives interfonctionnelles, notamment au sein du service Marketing et Communication.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le ou la gestionnaire de produit, Expérience de la clientèle et d’autres services pour assurer la simplification des activités de la clientèle et de ses interactions avec Mitacs.

**Compétences et expérience requises**
- Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires dans un domaine connexe OU une combinaison d’expérience et d’études postsecondaires similaires.
- Certification Prosci en gestion du changement.
- Cinq ans ou plus d’expérience à titre de gestionnaire de changement ainsi qu’une expertise semblable en gestion de projet.
- Idéalement, deux ou trois ans d’expérience en gestion de projet dans le cadre d’initiatives d’envergure complexes et multiflux.
