Project Manager - IT Internal Delivery (Salesforce)

Your mission

As a Product Owner, within our digital accelerator team, your mission is to improve the customer experience by participating in product / service development to meet their needs. You are responsible for planning and coordinating the development stages necessary for delivery to the customer, according to CAE's high-quality standards.

You will be inspired and motivated by the multidisciplinary you will be part of Digital Manager, CX Designer, Developers, and Software Architecture Technical Lead.

Your Role & Main Responsibilities

Establish the project management plan in line with the goals and objectives of the project
Manage all resources involved on the project, including partners, consultants, employees, and stakeholders
Plan and prioritize project backlog. vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Take the lead of scrum teams as the Project Manager
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Lead the planning project release plans, including budget management, and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter
Be the owner of the project delivery
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment
Validate and approve budget, manage budget forecast, and structure a governance and reports on the budgets
Your Qualificationst

5+ years of experience leading major Salesforce implementation project
Experience with Salesforce data modeling, including custom objects, fields, and relationships
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing complex project with multiple stakeholders
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
