Quebec Province, Canada Trail King Full time

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for servicing and training existing dealers and customers. Develop business relationships with new dealers and customers. Continue to increase market share in all Trail King product offerings.
- Manage the sales and growth opportunities in a given geographical territory.
- Develop a plan which will allow you to capture a minimum of 25% market share in your territory on the products Trail King chooses to support.
- Develop and maintain an active project list, which will allow you to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
- Responsible for developing and managing an annual dealer business plan with dealer principles.
- Develop strong partnership programs with all dealers in your territory.
- Responsible for training dealer staff on Trail King products and their use.
- Responsible for conducting sales meetings with dealers, resulting in action plans that will lead to the close of new business.
- Consult with dealers about advertising and promotion of Trail King products.
- Manage dealer network to support growth plan.
- When appropriate manage and grow direct customer base in your territory.
- Develop value proposition to sell Trail King over competitive products.
- Respond to all sales inquiries supplied for your territory.
- Attend various trade shows to support featured Trail King products.
- Follow up on all leads generated from supported trade shows.
- Utilize a personal computer for company projects and communications.
- Develop quotes for all potential opportunities in your territory. Manage the prospects expectation resulting in the close of business.
- Develop and complete annual forecast goals.
- Continue to develop and hone selling skills and product knowledge.
- Must be able to travel extensively in the specified territory as needed to meet or exceed the expectations of Trail King.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed.

**Position Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in construction, commercial or trailer industry with a proven track record of success.
- Proven track record building strong dealer partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in profitability penetrating and expanding major key accounts.
- Demonstrated success-building relationships at various levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated success in achieving personal quotas/goals.
- Excellent oral communication, written communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Maintain a home-based office with travel requirements up to 80%.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
