**Sales Coordinator (Aggregates)**

**Location**: 9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

The **Sales Coordinator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all external customer delivery needs with dispatch.
- Maintain and communicate relevant pits and quarries information with customers.
- Create, revise, and provide aggregate quotes with trucking haul rates to external customers.
- Assist Sales Manager in proactive aggregate sales and identifying sales trends.
- Facilitate the set up of internal jobs in Fast-Weigh including products, quantities, locations, phase, and cost codes.
- Update sales quantities, work on hand quantities and Internal Transfers in IMS (Inventory Management System) monthly.
- Coordinate with Aggregate Operations Team to ensure sales forecasting matches production planning and inventory levels.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, aggregate sales would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers and internal teams.
