Retention Specialist

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Upsell products and services to existing customers
- Assist with data entry and record keeping

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

As a Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer base by providing excellent service and addressing their needs. You will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to upsell products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
