About the Role

This exciting position offers the chance to work in a virtual environment, providing exceptional client service and maximizing client retention. As a Virtual Mortgage Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting proactive business-at-risk calls, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling insurance protection and refinancing.

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will require strong oral and written communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to analyze problems and deliver clear insights. Additionally, you must be adaptable to change and have a strong understanding of mortgage products and industry trends.
