**SOMMAIRE**:
Le coordonnateur de l'inventaire est chargé de contrôler et de gérer l'inventaire, en veillant à ce que la quantité et la qualité des matériaux correspondent aux exigences de l'entreprise.

**RESPONSIBILITÉS**:

- Gestion des stocks et des systèmes de classement.
- Effectuer des vérifications d'inventaire complètes de tous les stocks et fournitures deux fois par an ou quand necessaire
- Évaluer et améliorer les flux d'approvisionnement dans les entrepôts.
- S'assurer que toute la documentation relative aux flux d'inventaire est complète, exacte et classée correctement dans l'ERP.
- Identifier, analyser et combler les lacunes dans les processus d'inventaire.
- Reporté à la direction.
- Examiner si les fournitures reçues sont conformes à la commande et en bon état.
- Identifier et résoudre tout problème dans la gestion des stocks et les processus
- Affectation et prélèvement des matériaux

**CONNAISSANCES ET COMPÉTENCES EXIGÉES**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience préalable requise dans le travail d'entrepôt: c'est-à-dire le rangement, la cueillette, la préparation et le comptage de cycles
- Compétences informatiques de base, y compris Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel et Microsoft Outlook
- Démontrer la capacité de bien travailler avec les autres en collaboration ou individuellement.
- Certification de chariot élévateur (capable d'utiliser la portée)
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Bonne gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation

**SUMMARY**:
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible to control and handle the inventory, ensuring that the quantity and quality of materials align with company requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing inventory and filing systems.
- Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year.
- Assessing and improving flows of supplies through warehouses.
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly in the ERP.
