**Position Summary**
The Assistant controller reports to the Finance and accounting lead of Skyfold and is responsible for leading the monthly closing process and prepare monthly financial statements, analyses costing and inventory valuation, works on ad hoc projects and provide support to other staff members.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Analyze financial statements for reasonableness
- Supervise the monthly closing process and prepare monthly financial statements
- Reconcile account detail to general ledger
- Supervises the external audit process and provide analysis to the auditors
- Prepare monthly sales and EBITDA flash report to Switzerland
- Submit all financial results as well as supporting schedules into Hyperion Financial Management
- Assist in preparing quarterly forecast and submit into Hyperion Financial Management
- Assist in preparing annual budget and business plan
- Prepare cash flow analysis for actual spending each month as well as a 15-month rolling average cash flow forecast
- Prepare capital expenditure requests for approval
- Prepare product line profitability report for submission to Group Finance
- Inventory and costing finance reference person and representative to other departments
- Ad hoc projects

**Qualification requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similiar;
- 3-4 years in a similar position preferably with managerial experience
- CPA-(CA/CMA/CGA)
- Attention to details, analysis robustness
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluently Bilingual (English/French)
