Teamwear Production Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor embroidery, digital print and production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Implement strategies for optimizing production efficiency and reducing costs
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to maintain inventory levels
- Utilize MRP systems for effective material planning
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to streamline operations
- Supervise teams to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications

Qualifications:

- Knowledge on Embroidery machines and/or digital printing process
- Proven experience in a production management role
- Strong mechanical knowledge for overseeing manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing
- Familiarity with Quality Control practices and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
