**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Data entry of trust/corporation cheques as well as processing, verification, and reconciliation.
- Posting and coding large volumes of cheques and direct deposits.
- Preparing and reconciling Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), credit, and cheque deposits.
- Provide overall accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, including filing and scanning of documents.
- Organize and maintain files using database and spreadsheet programs.
- Retrieve and organize data into required reporting formats.
- Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions.
- Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics.
- Support the Property Accountant in all financial aspects of the portfolio.
- Coordinate with other team members to meet monthly cutoff procedures.
- Work with Community Managers and Customer Service Support team to ensure that payment information is accurate. Assist the Property Accountant and Community Managers with any financial consultation service required by the Boards.
- Client Service - address accounting inquiries from owners and Board members.
- Perform research and accounting projects as needed, including the creation and updating of Excel workbooks, and assisting with the automation of accounting processes.
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules. Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain knowledge of new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned.
- Participate in annual budget processes.

**Forms Administrator**
- Process high volume of form requests from realtors, owners and lawyers
- Ensure all documents are uploaded to the Welcomelink system are up-to-date and following up with key departments (admin, Strata Manager etc.) regarding any missing documents such as insurance summaries, budgets, warranties, etc.
- Gather required documents requested and as required by legislation
- Track and ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Scan and upload form packages per delivery timeline
- Follow up on outstanding information relating to forms process
- Assist various departments as required
