Outside Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients in need of HVAC solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and propose appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide clients with product knowledge and technical support, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our HVAC systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
