**Le poste**:
Le représentant technique est chargé d’augmenter les ventes de solutions et services de la marque Flygt de Xylem, le leader de l’industrie grâce à ses excellentes compétences techniques et à sa solide connaissance de nos produits. Il règle les problèmes de traitement des fluides des clients et améliore le rendement de l’entreprise en développant des systèmes et des solutions de pompage Flygt. Il est aussi responsable des ventes et du service après-vente pour d’autres marchés desservis par Xylem, soit les stations de traitement et de collecte des eaux usées.
**Compétences et expériences**
- Maximiser le rendement financier de la région par l’augmentation des ventes de solutions et services de la marque Flygt de Xylem, le leader de l’industrie.
- Augmenter le volume des ventes des comptes-clients du territoire dans le respect de toutes les politiques, instructions et directives de l’entreprise. Pour ce faire, le représentant devra faire de la sollicitation active de commandes par tous les moyens possibles, entre autres en collectant des données marketing sur des clients potentiels en construction, en répondant aux demandes de devis entrantes et en sollicitant des clients potentiels au hasard.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing pour : améliorer les services de rapports d’appels d’offres et la gestion des clients potentiels; renforcer l’image de l’entreprise pour améliorer les possibilités d’affaires et faire connaître la marque sur le territoire.
- Créer et tenir à jour une filière de vente efficace dans Salesforce Dot Com.
- Relever, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing locales pour accroître la pénétration des produits Xylem dans les secteurs d’activité assignés.
- Établir des relations de caractère consultatif avec les utilisateurs finaux des municipalités, les cabinets d’ingénieurs-conseils et les entrepreneurs de services publics afin de positionner les solutions Flygt au centre de la résolution de problème pour les clients et, ainsi, d’aller chercher plus de nouveaux projets pour Xylem.
- S’appuyer sur une bonne compréhension de l’ensemble des solutions de Xylem pour favoriser la synergie et améliorer la vente consultative d’une entreprise à l’autre.
- Être attentif aux produits et pratiques de la concurrence et tenir la direction informée des conditions du marché, de la portée et de l’approche de la concurrence et de toute tendance du marché.
- Préparer et aider à rédiger divers rapports de vente. Cela comprend les offres, les propositions, les devis, les prévisions de vente, les notes de frais, ainsi que la mobilisation sur l’utilisation de SalesForce Dot Com. Soumettre tout rapport spécial avec les données nécessaires pour écrire des livres blancs, présenter nos succès, faire accepter nos produits, ou autre, au besoin.
