If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a **Technical Operations Manager **to join our growing building operations and maintenance team.
- Daily monitoring of building automation systems for all buildings across the portfolio.
- Provide technical building operations support and guidance to key stakeholders.
- Provide oversight of compliance and safety requirements.
- Support in preventative maintenance protocols of internal and third-party processes.
- Assist property management in scope of work for third-party building maintenance repairs and capital improvement projects.
- Attend and actively participate in property management and building operations meetings.
- Train, develop and support onboarding of current and new Building Operators.
- Other building operations duties as required.
