Penner Farm Services, the leading providers of livestock equipment, supplies, and services in Western Canada is currently looking for a **Parts Counter Sales Representative** for our **Blumenort, MB **location.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Handling in-person and over the phone sales enquiries with a high level of customer service and focus to convert enquiries into sales
- Answering the telephone and routing calls as necessary; assisting customers with call-in enquiries.
- Responsible for prompt, friendly, professional service for in-store customers, working efficiently, minimizing wait times by ensuring the front counter is always staffed.
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of our products, services, and policies, and successfully selling our features over competitive brands
- Researching and sharing knowledge with customers on new product developments, existing parts and related components
- Invoicing and preparing products for orders and maintaining a clean and professional store front.
- Price checking and monitoring sales batches as required
- Loading and unloading product for customers and other transportation services as necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Grade 12 education or GED equivalent;
- Demonstrated experience in a previous sales and customer service role and the ability to provide exceptional service to customers;
- Previous experience & knowledge in agricultural industry & environments is an asset
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently;
- Attention to detail, well organized and superior time management skills;
- Strong desire for current customer satisfaction & drive to attract new satisfied customers

The starting wage for this position is $17 - $19 per hour based on skills and qualifications. Penner Farm Services offers Health and Dental benefits, a profit-sharing plan, and an excellent work environment with opportunities for development and advancement.
