THE ROLE

As the Talent Management Specialist, you will support with activities to:

- Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
- Ensure we have the right people, in the right roles at the right time, and in the right quantity
- Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
- Assess the performance and potential of our people to inform quality people decisions
- Deliver compensation programs that accelerate stabilization and productivity with mínimal business disruptions
- Facilitate fair and consistent practices to manage incidents

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Talent Management Specialist has:

- The skills and / or experience that are an asset to perform in the role, including:

- Broad P&C knowledge
- Experience supporting backend people processes
- An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
