Working closely with project team managers, the Research Assistant will coordinate a multistakeholder research and evaluation project and contribute to ongoing data collection and analysis for two national projects.

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written); 3rd language will be considered an asset
- Graduate degree or equivalent in the social sciences field
- Minimum two years of applied social science research experience
- Experience conducting semi-structured interviews
- Proficient in qualitative analysis software such as Nvivo or similar
- Experience programming surveys in Survey Monkey
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent people skills
