Swiss Global Technology Inc is looking for an experienced CNC Service Technician who is able to travel outside of the Province/Country within short notices on an on-call basis, for possibly weeks at a time. We strive to provide excellent service and assist workshops around the world with any set-up, repair, and maintenance of CNC Laser machines.

We are currently seeking experienced CNC (laser/engraving machine) Service Technicians to join our team at SGT Inc. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing technical support as an on-call basis, to various countries. Your main responsibilities will include performing field service, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting installations, start-ups, and commissioning of equipment.

**Training**:
Training will be provided in the GTA, allowing you to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced professionals. If you have experience already, this gives you the opportunity to refresh your memory and practice your skills. **Pay rate starts at $20/hr during training, until training is completed.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance.
- Document service activities accurately.
