**Bilingual Talent Coordinator**
**Location**: This is a remote-based position within Canada. Proximity to the lifemark office in Burlington, ON, is preferred.
**Status**: Permanent Full Time
**Mandatory requirement**: Professional level **French-English bilingualism**
Lifemark is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, resourceful, and efficient **Bilingual **Talent Coordinator **to support recruitment operations with administrative HR activities.
As a **Bilingual T**alent Coordinator **with **2+ years of experience** you will be a part of a dynamic, friendly team providing integral support for Lifemark's employees across the country. In this busy yet fulfilling role, you will provide vital assistance to our Talent team with ongoing administration of recruitment activities such as hiring, onboarding and communications with leaders.
**Talent Coordinator accountabilities include**:
- Respond to recruitment requests from leaders with offer letters, background checks and administrative system tasks
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation to systems to ensure accuracy and a positive new hire experience, responding to new employee inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Providing guidance and support to operations teams with HR related functions
- Maintain working knowledge of HR policies and Provincial/Federal employment legislation for awareness and supplementary knowledge when preparing contracts
- Identify best practices and help implement improvements as required in systems or processes as they occur
**Key qualifications**:
- Displays self-motivation, independence and will tackle new challenges with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail; must demonstrate a a sense of urgency & deliver quality outcome
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Establishes positive working relationships and works collaboratively with peers to resolve challenges and accomplish objectives.
- University degree/College diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of related Recruitment and/or Human Resources experience
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS system is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current employment legislation across provinces
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
- Experience supporting multi-site operations is a very strong asset
- Flexibility to manage changing priorities
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
**Special requirements**:
- This position supports a contract with the Government of Canada and requires Reliability Status Clearance for Protected B level data. Please **do not apply** if you have lived outside of Canada continuously for more than 6 months within the last 5 years
- Professional level French-English bilingualism is required for this role
