**Crouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre is collaborating with Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre and Chelsea Green Church to organize a Hot Meal Program. This program aims to provide a welcoming indoor space where community members can enjoy a warm, nutritious meal every Monday. We are seeking passionate individuals to provide welcoming service to Hot Meal Program attendees by serving meals, coffee, and tea.**

**Report to**: Program Coordinator
**Commitment**:Every Monday (11:30am - 2:00pm)

**Key Tasks**
- Set up and maintain a beverage station, ensuring coffee, tea, and other refreshments are replenished.
- Serve attendees with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Clean and organize the station after the program.
- Serve meals to attendees from a buffet line, ensuring portions are consistent.
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the Basic needs and support services coordinator for replenishments.
- Keep the serving area clean and organized during the event.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate
- Vulnerable Sector Check clearance
- Ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Basic knowledge of meal service practices
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 20 kg (if required)
