Sales Representative (Must have experience in Courier Industry)

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is responsible to promote and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
**Knowledge and Skills Preferred**:
College diploma 3 year of experience in sales area.
Minimum : High school diploma 5 year of experience in managing courier operation
**Requirement -**
Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. - Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Strong organizational, operational, and planning skills in a customer service and sales focused environment:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Services existing accounts, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
2. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
3. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
4. Recommends changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
5. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
6. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
7. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
8. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
9. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
10. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
11. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
12. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
13. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
14. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
15. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
16. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
17. Continuously improve through feedback.
18. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
19. Carry out other tasks as deemed necessary by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
