**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- As an individual contributor this role includes heavy focus on Employee Relations and HR Generalist duties to support Primo employees and leaders.
- Bilingual & ability to negotiate collective agreement in French and in English.
- Partner with leaders to help them achieve their business goals through talent management
- Investigate and resolve Associate Relations issues. Proactively anticipate needs and act based on trends.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned team(s) regarding processes and programs, career development, compensation, role definition, mentoring, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, guidelines, and employment laws
- Analyze and use data to influence business decisions
- Be a go-to resource for frontline associates
- Partner and engage effectively across HR functional partnerships: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Communications, Legal, and Talent Development.
- Reinforce Primo Water's high-performance culture by working with managers on how to set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing and direct feedback
- Identify associate growth opportunities, support Talent Management with ongoing initiatives and succession planning
- Initiate process improvement by analyzing current processes and recommending improvements to obtain greater efficiency, quality, and associate satisfaction.
- Ensure EHSS programs and procedures are implemented within area of responsibility.
- Lead and facilitate associate engagement, retention, and recognition efforts throughout support geography through frequent facility visits and daily videoconferencing.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communication, Psychology, Education, Finance, Marketing, or Public Relations
- Field HR experience supporting multiple sites with heavy emphasis on associate relations and manager mentoring.
- Bilingual in French/English - this role oversees Quebec, as well as Ontario and the Atlantic provinces
- Previous experience with union labor relations and union negotiations
- Willingness to regularly travel to work locations
- Successfully partnering with other HR functions
- Experience working directly with regional leaders to influence business outcomes
- Proven knowledge of employment law
- Team player who quickly builds trust and working relationships
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CPHR certification highly desired
