We’re looking for a proactive and versatile **Marketing and Operations Assistant** to join our team and provide high-level support in managing both operational tasks and various marketing functions. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to grow with us and work closely with our team when needed.

Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative and Operational Support**: Manage day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, project tracking, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the marketing director to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- **Social Media Management**: Help with scheduling posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. You’ll also track and report on performance to help guide our social strategies.
- **Collaborative Support**: Be available to support various team members with tasks like CRM data management, content development, or design work.
- **General Marketing Assistance**: Work with the marketing director on research, brainstorming, and executing campaigns. You’ll be a key player in bringing our creative ideas to life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: You can manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Adaptable & Versatile**: You’re ready to step into different roles as needed and contribute to a wide range of projects.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must for working with our team and clients.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: You should be familiar with content marketing, social media, and CRM systems (experience with Zoho is an asset).
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Creative Cloud, Semrush, Canva, Constant Contact, and Zoho CRM is preferred. Proficiency in design and analytics skills are also a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: You can adapt to new challenges and come up with solutions independently.
- **Confidentiality**: Due to the sensitive nature of our work, you must maintain strict confidentiality and respect all data privacy protocols.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
