We are currently hiring a **Dental Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator** to join our vibrant and family-oriented practice. **About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver a welcoming, positive experience for patients from arrival to departure.
- Maximize appointment schedules by minimizing gaps and ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Professionally manage patient calls and inquiries, including scheduling, confirming, and modifying appointments.
- Address patient concerns and proactively reduce cancellations by encouraging patients to maintain their appointments.
- Handle patient billing, process payments, and manage insurance claims and fee inquiries.
- Maintain an accurate and organized patient database, including managing the recall system.
- Prepare and process referral letters and other patient correspondence promptly.
- Organize and file patient records and charts with precision and care.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
