Lead Coverall Structures Installer with Estimating

**Title: Lead Fabric Covered Structure Installer with Estimating Experience**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Leadership**:
- Lead and supervise a team of installers in the efficient and timely installation of fabric-covered structures, including Coverall buildings.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Estimation**:
- Utilize estimating experience to accurately assess project costs for fabric-covered structures, considering materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct site assessments and gather information to support accurate estimations.
- **Communication**:
- Effectively communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to the installation team and other stakeholders, emphasizing the unique aspects of fabric-covered structures.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address project specifications and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of project documentation, including estimates, change orders, and progress reports, with a specific focus on fabric-covered structure details.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is organized and accessible for future reference and analysis.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures specific to fabric-covered structures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High School Diploma or Trades in related field; or related trades experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Project manager position.
- Strong background in estimating and cost management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in leading installation teams for fabric-covered structures, including but not limited to Coverall buildings.
- Demonstrated experience in estimating construction project costs, with a focus on fabric-covered structures.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards, especially for fabric-covered structures.
