As a natural organizer, you are a highly detailed and proactive professional who brings enthusiasm to work and are demonstrably team-oriented. Internally, this role complements our group of high-performing individuals by working collaboratively to strengthen Arpeg’s collective energy and support their growing property and development operations. Externally, this role will liaise with key vendors and suppliers as needed and distribute requisite correspondence to support Arpeg’s professional network and business relationships.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Construction Administration
- Correspond with consultant and trade partners and ensure ongoing and open communication is maintained
- Review project submittals and follow-up on status and milestone schedules
- Assist with the execution of contracts, proposals and client agreements
- Perform project accounting activities
- Track and file documents through project lifecycle
- Perform on-site reviews for deficiency resolution
- Project Management
- Support Community Managers with project-based deliverables
- Undertaken special projects to bolster property/company operations
- Coordinate property maintenance trades to ensure properties are adequately managed and coordinate with all property stakeholders
- Track building maintenance initiatives and manage building service agreements
- Review drawings and update tenant documentation with verified information
- Track operational deliverables for completeness
- Office Administration
- Oversee office operations to ensure a functioning, collaborative workspace is maintained
- Coordinate meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes
- Organize team events
- Day to day office operations, including supplies management, reputation, deliveries

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4+ years coordination and or project management experience
- Working knowledge of the general construction and development processes is required
- Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative is important
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Strong organization and communications skills required
- Previous experience in a property management, construction administration or development coordinator role is an asset
- Proficient with gmail, adobe and Microsoft office suite
- Exposure to project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project an asset

The main objective of the Development Coordinator will be to support Arpeg’s Senior Leadership Team with development, operational and administrative initiatives as the company continues to grow and upgrades its existing portfolio of real estate communities.
