Maintaining excellent communication with clients, support staff and colleagues.
Ensuring excellent file management.
Skills & Qualifications
Three + years of relevant work experience;
Demonstrated excellent client service and communication skills;
Strong research and writing skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues;
Proven effective client and practice management skills;
Self-motivated and can work independently but also values working collaboratively, and
Brings a compassionate approach to the practice of Wills and Estates.
