**Details**:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented **Human Resources Co-Op** **Student **to join our small, dynamic and fun HR team at our **Richmond BC** office, supporting our Geointelligence business area. This is a **4 - 8 month** term starting in **April 2024.**

About Geointelligence: Our mission is to turn data into insight. From detecting changes in fragile ecosystems to monitoring northern ice floes and shipping routes, our near-real time data of Earth observation and the environment makes our Geointelligence team a leader in geospatial imagery, ground stations, enterprise geospatial systems and defence programs.

**As our HR Co-op, you will**
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating exit interviews
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

**What you will bring**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
