**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all property maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and tenants in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance work performed by contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and inventory of supplies.
- Communicate regularly with property managers and residents to provide updates on maintenance issues and schedules.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs while ensuring high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Must be available for month end (1st of the month).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and property managers.
- Knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
