**Salary: $40,000 per year, plus commission**

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive selling of our private charter boat services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary goal will be to increase bookings and expand our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Created and presented proposals and quotes to clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure bookings and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of events, including scheduling, logistics, and client communications.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or events industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
