**Responsibilities for Sales Representative**
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with Vice President to optimize the sales effort
- Cold calls
- Communicating sales group and private event information to boats
- A little of event planning and organizing catering with clients and caters.
- Maintaining online booking system up to date by liaising with tour operators.

**Qualifications for Sales Representative**
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems - Sales Force

**Responsabilités du représentant des ventes**
- Prospecter et qualifier de nouveaux prospects
- Planifier des réunions et des présentations avec des prospects
- Créer, planifier et présenter des présentations sur les produits de l'entreprise
- Suivre toutes les activités de vente dans le système CRM de l'entreprise et se tenir au courant en mettant régulièrement à jour les informations de compte
- Maintenir un pipeline de prospects bien développé
- Développer des relations solides et continues avec les prospects et les clients
- Coordonner avec le vice-président pour optimiser l'effort de vente
- Appels froids
- Communiquer aux bateaux des informations sur les groupes de vente et les événements privés
- Un peu d'événementiel et d'organisation de restauration avec les clients et les traiteurs.
- Maintenir à jour le système de réservation en ligne en assurant la liaison avec les voyagistes.

**Qualifications pour le représentant**
- des ventes 2 à 4 ans d'expérience
- dans la vente Capacité éprouvée à atteindre et à dépasser les quotas
- de vente Expérience avérée dans la gestion réussie des relations avec les clients
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Très motivé Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Connaissance pratique des systèmes CRM - Force de vente
