As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, testing and implementation of the residential lending solutions products and processes. You will provide recommendations based on your expertise to the Product team in relation to those products and processes. You will work closely with the operations team, Lender Relationship Managers, Sales and IT to provide training and support in relation to those products and processes.
- In addition, you will deliver reporting and analytics solutions to internal stakeholders in order to facilitate timely and strategic business decision making. Analyze both internal and external data in order to draw meaningful conclusions and insights that aid in organizational strategies and planning.
- Attention to detail, having great communication skills and being able to work on several projects simultaneously is crucial. In your role as a Product Specialist you will be the expert in your audiences.
- HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Provide recommendations, contribute, test and implement RLS new product and program launches, enhancements, process changes.
- Support and assist lenders, Product, Lender Relationship team, operations team and Sales
- Provide training on those products and processes to the teams involved in the execution of the deals when required.
- HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage business or as a paralegal
- Knowledge and a minimum of 2 years experience in an analytical position
- Specialized knowledge of mortgage practices.
- Understanding of relational databases and skills in SQL queries/scripting, etc.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint.
- Very strong relationship, planning, organization and project management skills.
