**Role Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications & PR leader to lead our communications efforts, shaping and implementing strategies that not only resonate with our current clinic portfolio but are also scalable and adaptable as CPP continues to grow. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring that as we expand, our communication and PR efforts remain cohesive, effective, and reflective of each clinic's unique identity and the overarching CPP brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement an integrated communications and PR strategy that aligns with CPP’s vision and supports the individual identities of our clinics.
- Craft and continuously refine a scalable communication and PR playbook that can be effectively applied to new clinics as CPP expands its footprint across the US. This playbook should encompass guidelines for media outreach, social media engagement, influencer partnerships, event planning, and crisis management, ensuring consistency while allowing for local customization.
- Lead media relations efforts, building relationships with key journalists and influencers to enhance visibility and brand recognition at both the local and, at times, national level.
- Oversee influencer management, identifying opportunities to engage with influencers who can authentically connect with our target demographics across diverse regions.
- Guide the creation of social media content, capture best practices from our clinics and share broadly within the network to ensure a unified yet localized approach to digital engagement.
- Direct and support the planning and execution of events, leveraging these opportunities to strengthen community ties and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage crisis communication strategies, ensuring preparedness and swift, coherent response mechanisms are in place across all clinics and platforms.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, adapting the playbook as necessary to meet evolving needs and opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated experience in developing scalable communication strategies and playbooks, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics industries.
- Extensive knowledge of the media landscape, influencer marketing, social media trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, effectively balancing multiple priorities and projects.
- Creative and strategic thinker capable of conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility and engagement across a growing portfolio of clinics.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Proficiency in digital analytics and measurement tools.
