Host Supervisor

Toronto, Canada High Volume Restaurant and Bar - King Street West Full time

The Guest Services Supervisor will directly report to the Guest Services Manager.
- **EXPERIENCED.** You have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A working knowledge of SevenRooms is also considered a strong asset.
- **A PEOPLE PERSON. **You have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills - both with guests and colleagues alike.
- **SOLUTION-ORIENTED.** You're a strong problem solver with an insatiable desire to positively impact restaurant reviews.
- **ADAPTABLE**. You thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Guest Services in a supervisory role: 2+ years required
- Smart Serve Required
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- High attention to detail with integrity to elevate the guest experience
- Knowledge using a point-of-sale system, preferably SevenRooms
- Understand restaurant etiquette; product knowledge of products we offer - Bar, Food, Take Out & Retail
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff members
- Able to walk/stand during entire shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
- hospitality: 2 years (required)
- opentable/sevenrooms: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
