**Highlights of Payroll Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all payroll functions throughout the life cycle of employees.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees are paid in accordance with the terms & conditions of employment as prescribed by Collective Agreements, Motherhouse policy, employment contracts, and legislative requirements.
- Responsible for administering Group Benefits.

**Highlights of Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Providing clerical, accounting and administrative support to the General Treasurer and Treasury Office.
- Providing administrative support to individual sister, and the organization as a whole.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting with 2+ years of payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 50, Paymate Acclaim, Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Positive demeanor, attitude and professional appearance
- Experience working with, assisting Seniors an asset
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Class G Driver’s Licence
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check is required
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
