**Success Criteria**:
Do you feel pride and satisfaction keeping your executive's work-life running smoothly? You will be the traffic controller: scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and planning large and small conferences. This role is highly autonomous, so anticipating your leader's needs and bringing your best problem-solving skills to the table will be paramount.

Your eye for optimizing processes and keeping the gears turning will support our head office and clinic operations as you execute general service requests and drive improvements to our general service workflows. You'll own inventory management of our day-to-day supplies and build relationships with external vendors to align our operational budget.

You'll also gain traction in your career as you work collaboratively on projects with diverse teams at Amplifon. A high level of professionalism, organizational acumen, and confidentiality is needed since you are often privy to sensitive information. The best part of this job? **Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or an equivalent educational background
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive level
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and corporate acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including impeccable spelling and grammar
- High level of organization & ability to organize resources utilized by multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities based on impact and urgency, in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing company finances such as budget management, reconciling expense reports, and processing purchase orders and invoices as needed.
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders preferred
- Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Must have a working knowledge of using SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with expense management systems such as Certify, Concur, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology as needed
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model at our head office location in Mississauga, ON.
