**Position Title: Spa Administrative Assistant**
**Full Time position.**
Wink is on the look out to add an Administrative Assistant to our Team
Providing professional customer services in a Beautiful Spa Atmosphere located in the heart of Downtown Truro
**What you’ll do**:
**Greet Clients**:
As soon as a Client walks into the Spa, it’s time to make them feel welcome
First you will greet our Client and check them in for their service.
Next, you will ensure our Client is comfortable by hanging their jacket, getting them a beverage and showing them into the waiting room until their service provider is ready.
**Meet Client Needs**:
Clients will rely on you to help choose and educate them on the services we provide that best suit them while finding times in the booking schedule that fits into their lifestyle. You will Manage Client appointments, direct bill insurance companies, address client requests and answer inquiries in a professional, timely fashion.
**Multitask**:
This position puts you in the middle of everything - the desk is the Heart of the Spa. You are responsible to ensure your Teams schedule is seamless and that Clients are booked properly while doing many tasks in between. You have the ability to prioritize tasks while staying focused on all that needs done while everyone moves around you. Being able to jump from folding laundry, to answering the phone, then checking a Client out and back to finishing the laundry that you started, is just one example of the whirlwind.

**Qualifications**:
2 years experience in Administrative or Customer Service role
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
