**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title**:Tenant Service Representative (TSR)

**Position Type**: Regular - Full-Time

**Position Location**:Winnipeg, MB

Reporting to the Manager of Tenant Experience, the **Tenant Service Representative (TSR)** works collaboratively with other team members to manage the tenant lifecycle of a portfolio of properties. The primary objective of the job is to enhance the tenant experience at every stage of the tenant lifecycle. As the primary point of contact for tenants, the TSR serves as a liaison between the office and tenant issues. The TSR also supports key operations for multiple departments, including Facilities, Leasing & Renewals, and Collections & Evictions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospecting, including marketing and advertising of vacant units
- Application processing and reviews
- Notification of pre-approvals and working with office leasing team to coordinate lease creation and signatures
- Tenant vacate notices, move-in/out condition reports
- Tenant complaints, issues, and support
- Renewal notices, including rental adjustments in coordination with property owners
- Supporting evictions team with coordination and handling of notice of terminations
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal activities related to the overall upkeep of each property and minor maintenance work
- Monthly collections process
- Monetary responsibility
- Support Facilities Management and service issues

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ administration and office support experience; preferably at least 1 year in Property Management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive tasks and matters.
- Excellent time management and ability to self-set goals and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Spectra, Yardi, or Rent Manager
- Marketing & Social Media experience
- Understanding of Manitoba residential law; experience preferred
- High school diploma/ GED equivalent; post-secondary preferred
- Require a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
