Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accounts payable duties, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and issuing payments
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing clients, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and preparing reports
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Conduct account analysis to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
- Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks software
- Experience with budgeting and payroll processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2+ Years with QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
