**Bookkeeping**

Our busy development and property management company is seeking a bookkeeper to perform accounting duties including processing payroll weekly, financial record keeping and transactions including A/P, A/R, monthly billing, and General Ledger. Desired individual will have advanced experience with QuickBooks and possess strong organizational and time management skills, acute attention to detail and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Bookkeeper Office Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping Duties (QuickBooks)
- Tenant invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Vendor/contractor management and payment
- Monthly reconciliations
- Submit quarterly HST payments and reports
- Prepare monthly accounting and sales reports
- Prepare weekly Payroll
- Liaise with Accountant at year-end
- Process and pay all invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounting procedures and policies and systems of internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial systems
- Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested
- Prepare bank deposits

Skills & Requirements:

- High school diploma is required.
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word and Excell)
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
