Bilingual Receptionist (English/French) with Accounting Knowledge

Description:
Join Carmoji, a leading car dealership located in the vibrant heart of Ottawa We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide outstanding customer service. This role requires a professional who is fluent in both English and French, has a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and is proficient with online systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and processing payments.

Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.

Assist with scheduling appointments and updating online systems.

Support other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Fluent in English and French preferably

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

High proficiency in using online tools and systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply:
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
