*Overview*

*Responsibilities*
- Assist with document control.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project
- Assist with financial accounts payable and tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Book flight, camps, and hotel accommodations for workforce.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills with experience in camp bookings through online portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Work on site. BHP Potash Mine near Leroy, SK. Monday to Thursday on site. Work from home on Friday.
