**What We’re Looking For**
As an **Administrator** for our **Business Support Services,** you will support HUB in a variety of tasks. We are seeking an individual with strong multi-tasking abilities to join our Burnaby Still Creek location in a **regular full-time** position.
Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located near Brentwood Town Centre and Gilmore station in the Willingdon Business Park.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Provide an organized, clean, and tidy environment, while efficient at carrying out duties
- Excellent Customer Service
- Work well in a structured professional environment
- Basic experience with MS Word and Outlook
- Physical requirements - lift heavy articles above head while shelving, up to 40 lbs. - Push mail cart, file boxes
**A Day in the Life**
- Processing dealer billings using the Broker Management System (EPIC)
- Supporting 80+ dealerships with dealer billing requests
- Auditing documentation for errors and communicating with colleagues and clients for correction
- Following up to obtain outstanding information & documentation
- Handling cheque deposits as needed
- Invoicing and sending statements to clients for payment
- Distributing daily payment reports to various branch locations
- Support data entry projects
- Mailroom and Reception relief support
