At Skyrise Restoration & Waterproofing, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity for career growth and development, with potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

We specialize in leak detection, waterproofing, and comprehensive building restoration services, working closely with top property management companies in Vancouver. Our commitment to quality and efficiency has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming emails, calls, and work orders efficiently. You will also coordinate scheduling with clients and crew members, prepare documents and reports using provided templates, and maintain organized files and assist with invoicing and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and phone communications with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments with clients and crew members.
- Prepare and distribute reports, estimates, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Support financial operations, including invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a construction or restoration setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Hubspot CRM (additional training will be provided). Able to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
