**Les tâches que vous aurez à accomplir**
- Veiller à ce que les factures des comptes fournisseurs soient saisies et payées en temps opportun;
- S'assurer que toutes les remises raisonnables sont prises sur les comptes fournisseurs, le cas échéant;
- Veiller à ce que les comptes clients soient recouvrés rapidement;
- Traiter la paie en temps opportun;
- Veiller à ce que les rapprochements bancaires mensuels soient effectués;
- Préparer et déposer les rapports de TPS et TVQ;
- S'assurer que la production quotidienne est entrée dans le système MRP afin que l'inventaire de fin de mois puisse être réconcilié;
- Maintenir le plan comptable;
- Maintenir un système de classement comptable ordonné;
- Maintenir un système de contrôle des transactions comptables;
- Responsable de la préparation des remises mensuelles et autres rapports pour les comptes clés / majeurs;
- S'assurer que tous les changements et augmentations de prix sont ajustés aux comptes clients;
- Émettre des états financiers mensuels complets et en temps opportun;
- Coordonner la fourniture d'informations aux comptables externes pour l'examen annuel;
- Respectez les exigences gouvernementales en matière de déclaration et de déclarations de revenus telles que la TPS, la TVQ, l'impôt sur le revenu des sociétés et les retenues à la source;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité;
- Titre CPA (atout);
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français);
- Compétence avancée MS Office;
- Détenir un sens de l’organisation et une grande autonomie;
- Être en mesure d’utiliser un logiciel maison.

- Ensure that accounts payable invoices are entered and paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable if applicable.
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.

- Prepare and file GST and QST reports.
- Ensure that daily production is entered into the MRP system so that month end inventory can be reconciled.
